Absolutely not. Our classes are designed to be supportive and beginner-friendly, and exercises can be modified to suit different fitness levels. Many clients start feeling nervous or unsure, but quickly build confidence as they go.

Reformer Pilates focuses on controlled movement, core strength, posture, mobility and stability while still building strength. Many people enjoy it because it feels challenging without the high-impact intensity of a traditional gym environment.

No - everyone is welcome at Results. While many of our clients are women, our classes are suitable for anyone wanting to improve strength, movement and confidence.

For the best results, we recommend attending 2 classes per week consistently. Even 1 class per week is a great place to start and can still improve strength, mobility and body awareness.
